What is life? A great question right?
Looking back into the time tells us great people have spent their life, in an effort to find the meaning of life. Science describes life as evidence to the events that had happened over millions of years ago. Darwin gave a great answer to the long sought question.... what's the beginning... how everything got originated and the likes.
Various evidences also prove the above argument is true to some degree of accuracy. If it is so, there must be plenty of places in the universe which might have witnessed such phenomena. So, can we say there may be life in other planets of other stars outside the solar system? Why not?
Now the question comes that, what kind of life it may be? Does the definition of life what we on earth have holds good for the life on other planet (if it exists)? Can there be a different kind of intelligence, creature....
One thing we should appreciate is 'there are so many stars and planets in the entire universe, there are so many planets and moons in the solar system.. out of these there is only one place so conducive to the human habitation.. and that is earth. Even on earth... there are so many different types of life, out which the we are the type of life which can think.. think about anything.. even this blog or the questions of the likes..... Whatever may it be........ in that way at least we are special.
